What we collect

Account details — your email address and a securely hashed password when you register.
Order information — what you bought, your shipping address, and order history. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers.
Preferences you give us — flavor-profile answers from the Intake Exam, saved favorites, and marketing consent choices.
Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used. GA4 sets cookies; see Google's privacy documentation for details.
Support & affiliate data — messages you send our support team, and application details if you apply to our affiliate program.

How we use it

To fulfill orders, manage subscriptions, and provide customer support.
To send transactional email (order confirmations, password resets, restock alerts you asked for).
To send marketing email only if you opted in — every message includes one-click unsubscribe.
To run the referral, points, and affiliate programs you participate in.
To improve the site through aggregate analytics.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers who run the store: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), Google (analytics), and our email delivery providers.

Your rights

Access & portability — email us and we'll send you the data we hold about you.
Deletion — you can delete your account (and its data) yourself from Account → Settings, or ask us to do it.
Correction — update your details in your account, or ask us.
California residents: we honor CCPA requests. EU/UK visitors: we honor GDPR requests. Contact us at orders@flavordoctors.com.

Data retention & security

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. Passwords are stored hashed, authentication uses signed tokens, and all traffic is encrypted in transit. Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's network in the United States.

Children

The site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
